In the heart of the Ella Valley, immersed in greenery, you’ll find our family-run CAT HOTEL, a dedicated boarding facility for cats. We are a boutique cat hotel with only ten rooms, allowing us to give each guest our full attention and personal care.

The spacious boarding rooms are arranged around a large garden. Each room is sheltered by a roof, with solid flooring, and fully equipped with everything a cat needs: food and water bowls, litter trays, cozy sleeping and hiding areas with cushions, elevated shelves for climbing and observing, scratching posts, and toys. In winter we provide warming heating lamps. Each cat is accommodated in its own private room, with the option to share with companions from the same household.

For the safety of our feline guests, our rooms are securely enclosed to prevent escape or injury, yet they remain open: Mesh walls allow for visual stimulation and interest throughout the day. The cats can observe their surroundings, enjoy natural sunlight, interact with their neighbors, and look through the mesh at our own cats as well as the residents of the retirement home who live in our garden.

Our rooms are suitable for short and for long-term stays of several months, such as during relocation, home moves, renovations, extended vacations, and similar situations.

The CAT HOTEL is adjacent to our private home, allowing us to supervise the cats, enter the rooms several times a day, interact with them, and closely monitor their adjustment. We get to know each cat’s personality, and—if the cat wishes—offer gentle affection and its well-deserved daily dose of pampering.

During your cat’s stay, we send photos and videos via WhatsApp and remain in continuous contact, so you can enjoy peace of mind and somewhat calm the longing.

Discounts are available for two or more cats, as well as for extended stays.

In addition, transportation to and from the cat hotel can be arranged for an additional fee.

We also accept cats requiring medical care, including cats with chronic conditions that require infusions, injections, or medication, as well as cats returning from hospitalization at a veterinary clinic who need continued treatment and close supervision . Let us know about your cat’s medical condition so we can see whether this service is suitable.

Cat Hotel also serves as a retirement home for cats, where they can spend the remainder of their lives with dignity, devoted care, and human warmth. Not every cat in our care is elderly — there are cases in which an adult cat needs a permanent home, and finding one is not always easy. It is precisely for this need that the retirement home was established.

If you are planning to fly your cat abroad, whether with you or separately, we will be happy to assist you with the process and refer you to specialized companies we work with. This includes coordination for vaccinations, antibody (titer) testing, and pre-flight veterinary examinations.

Stays at CAT HOTEL are calculated per night. Pickup by 11:00 a.m. is considered part of the previous night; pickup after 11:00 a.m. is considered an additional day (there are no half-day rates). Cats may be brought and collected at any time, by prior arrangement.

All cats staying with us must be spayed or neutered (excluding kittens), vaccinated, and have up-to-date treatment against fleas and worms.

If we notice anything unusual in a cat’s eating, drinking, litter habits, or general well-being, we immediately inform the owner and, if necessary, ensure that the cat receives medical care. All decisions regarding treatment, as well as payment to the veterinary clinic, are made directly by the owner.

We maintain the cat’s regular feeding routine and ask owners to bring the food and litter the cat is accustomed to for the duration of the stay.

We also ask owners to bring a blanket, cushion, or toy with a familiar scent from home to help the cat settle in.

In addition to short- and long-term cat boarding, CAT HOTEL also serves as a permanent home for cats of all ages whose owners, for various reasons, are no longer able to care for them.

A stay in the retirement home, or permanent residence, has two stages:During the first month — the acclimation period — the cat lives in one of the boarding rooms, becoming accustomed to the environment, their caregiver, and the other cats, whom they can see through the mesh walls of their room.

After one month*, the cat moves out to the garden and joins our cat community and the other permanent residents, including kittens, adult and senior cats.

*In some cases, a cat may not be ready to transition to the garden after one month — for example, cats with post-traumatic stress, special needs, or disabilities. In such cases, the cat will remain in its room for an additional period, until the appropriate time.

The fee for an unlimited long-term stay is reduced, charged every two months, and includes food as well as monthly preventive treatments against fleas, ticks, worms, and ear mites.

We maintain close contact with the owners, including photos and videos, regular updates on the cat’s condition. Visiting the cat from time to time is recommended and encouraged.

Over time, if any medical issues arise, the owners are informed, and when necessary, the cat is taken for veterinary treatment. All decisions regarding the course of treatment, as well as payment, are made by the owners.
